St. Anthony's Shrine stands in Kochchikade, Kotahena, Colombo 13 — a designated national shrine and minor basilica in the Archdiocese of Colombo, drawing the faithful of every creed.

The Basilica

Designated a minor basilica and national shrine, dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua — one of the most beloved saints in Sri Lanka.

The Relic

A tiny piece of St. Anthony's tongue is preserved in a special reliquary, housed in a glass case at the church entrance alongside a statue of the saint.

United by hope and devotion to the wonder-working saint.

Daily Worship

Weekly novenas, daily Holy Masses, and special feast celebrations are held throughout the year to honour Saint Anthony and foster community.
